In the study, agents at control centers from different organizations can share relevant security information in the event of a crisis. The infrastructure in mobile services for this platform offers basic services which are mobile ticketing, localization of users, mobile payments and broadcast messages. Cameras are also important gadgets when such incidences happen in places with large crowds where the team monitoring them will get first-hand information.
