This is for a Thesis, the Topic is Investigation into the effects of Crizotinib induced cardiotoxicity, with and without the presence of DRP-1 on isolated cardiac myocytes. – Use of Lnagendorff.

Prior to this thesis i had to do a project proposal and risk assessment, i have uploaded these files as they will come in handy when working on the thesis. My supervisor has a paper which is very similar to my thesis, but in his paper he has used another drug, i have attached his paper at the end of this description so you can access it.
Also at the end of this description is a link to a dropbox where you can download images of a thesis, this thesis was done by my supervisors ex student, their thesis should be similar to mine as the project was the same but however used another drug compared to me. That thesis just abpout scrapped a 2:1, so i will need you to make it better then that so we can get a good 2:1.
I need atleast 40 References, as well as miniumum 10 diagrams in my thesis that are related to it.

You have all the information required to get started on the Introduction,and Materials and Methods. I have not yet got the results from my supervisor, but as soon as i get them i will give them to you so you can work on the Results section, Discussion section and Conclusion section.
For the results i will need you to do the one way ANOVA, and LSD test. And discuss them within the thesis.

The MAX WORDS for this thesis is 5,000 words plus or minus 10%, i have paid for 4,675, so if you can do between 4,500 and 4,700 that would be great.
